Delivery

Once you've placed your order on our website, we understand you would like to wear your beautiful sun hat as soon as possible. In order to ensure speedy and accurate delivery, we have set up our delivery services with several partners that provide the best service in your area. (DHL, DPD, Deutsche Post & GLS).

We will process your order, as soon as your payment method is cleared and you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order has been processed in our warehouse it is ready for delivery to the address you have provided in your order.

Orders that are placed before 12:00 noon will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will ship the next workday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Please be aware that when your order has been processed, in our warehouse, it cannot be changed.

To ensure safe delivery of your beautiful sun hat, we pack our hats in boxes. Due to the box size the package must be accepted in person on the delivery address you have provided. In case you are not at home on the first delivery attempt, you will receive a notification through a note in your mailbox or via a track&trace link. 

There are 3 options to let you know where your order is:

• The delivery service will return later that day

• Your order is at your neighbors

• Your order is at a Service point

We deliver to the following European countries:

Shipping to outside of Europe is available. We use the service of UPS or Spring GDS. In your cart the shipping rate will show after entering your country and zip code. Please contact us at ecommerce@sunhats.eu for details on shipping to your country.

When shipping outside of the EU it is possible you will have to incur import duties and taxes upon delivery, depending on the country of delivery.

Shipping to Norway is available, but it is possible you will have to incur import duties and taxes upon delivery.

Delivery charges for Returns:

We do our very best to deliver our sun hats in perfect condition. Should an item nevertheless not meet your expectations, you can submit a return within 45 days after receipt of the order. For more information about this please look at our Exchanges & Returns . The delivery charges relating to the return will be for your own account.
